Pastor’s Update — October 31, 2026

I’m tired. I’m tired of all the signs at every intersection destroying the beauty of our area. These should actually be banned. Talk about distracted driving! I’m tired of my phone blowing up with advertisements about the best and worst candidates. I’m tired of getting a txt at the end of the day telling me I haven’t voted yet. Listen people sending me those txt, I have never missed voting in any election ever since given the privilege at 18. I’m tired of YouTube advertisements. I’m tired of the news. I’m tired of the latest polls trying to guess the winner. I’m tired of all the stuff that comes from the south end of a north bound bull. I’m tired!

I will however show up on Tuesday and cast my vote. You should too unless you have voted early. Are there any candidates that align completely with my Biblical values? No! I will chose the candidates that best represent my Biblical values. I believe in the sanctity of life of both the unborn, terminally ill and the elderly. I believe in one man and one woman representing God’s perfect union in marriage. I believe in loving my neighbor. I believe in caring for those who can’t provide for themselves. I believe a person should work. I believe in equal opportunity not equal outcome. I believe in personal responsibility. I believe those those that choose to break the law should swiftly be held accountable. I believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Will any candidate check off all those boxes? No. I will however in the best of my ability make wise decisions.

By the way if you disagree with me it doesn’t mean that I hate you or will shun you. I love you and I will help you at every opportunity available.

If you have not yet voted I encourage you to carefully and Biblically consider the choices and cast your vote.
