The ending of the service yesterday should give us a reason to shout!!!!!! Not to feel proud or boastful but thankful. There are very few and I mean very few churches that are blessed with that many children over that age range attending. That wasn’t even all the children either, more were helping to keep the nursery and in the nursery. Never take it for granted that we are blessed with these families.
At the same time it is a challenge that we have been given the responsibility to lead the next generation. Each of those, from the smallest to the tallest, will face challenges this year you and I never even imagined. Sin is still sin but it’s packaged in new ways and it seems more accessible. Temptation will come. Satan wants nothing more than to keep them from Christ for a lifetime. Pray for them diligently and fervently. Love them. Be an example to them. Finally, be patient with them. They are still be molded and shaped into whom God wants them to be. By the way, so are you!
There is no place, like this place, around the place, so this must be the place!
