On this day 490 years ago William Tyndale was burned at the stake by the king of England for translating the Bible into the English language. There have been many who have given their life trying to preserve and spread the Word of God around the world. Many of us are blessed to have multiple copies on our shelves and tables yet they are ignored. Sometimes ease of access breeds complacency. Never take for granted the precious blessings we enjoy.
